Completed in 2003, Cheviot Drive was originally a 1,900 s.f. single-story Spanish-style home with a detached garage.
The renovated house is approximately 4,600 s.f., including the addition of a second-story, remodeling of the main floor, new attached garage, and design and landscaping of the front and rear yards to create outdoor "living rooms". The design of the second-story was stepped back from the main house, so as to not visually overwhelm the scale of the surrounding neighborhood.
